At Amora Collection, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us – Please email us at Amoracollection.info@gmail.com with your order number & the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Ship It Back – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
  3. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the return is processed.

Additional Notes:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
  • Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
